We provide our website and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise stated herein.
Errors on our website
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
Limitations and exclusions
In no event shall CarAudioCraze.com, their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return. To cancel your order, please call our customer service department at 1-800-928-9554, or send us an email.

At CarAudioCraze.com, we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on CarAudioCraze.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
To upgrade your shipping option, please email customer support after you place your order and the appropriate changes will be made. Shipping options such as Three Day Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air service. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
- CarAudioCraze.com does not process orders during the weekend.
- CarAudioCraze.com does not guarantee same day shipping.
- Shipping rates may increase for items that are considered by the carrier as oversized, overweight, or require special handling of any kind.
At this time, we gladly accept Google Checkout and Paypal with verifiable address. Some credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address. We also accept checks, cashier's checks or money orders made payable to Renier Retail. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping. Please, do not send cash.
For Paypal payments we require that the Paypal address be confirmed with Paypal.
For your protection, we sometimes need to verify information retained by the bank that issued your credit card. Validating this information could delay your order up to 2 business days. If you are shipping to an alternate address, please call the bank that issued the card and list that address on their records. This can help expedite the verification process on your order. We appreciate your order and value your business. Thanks for your understanding.
We apologize but we cannot accept credit card payments issued by foreign banks.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number for any warranty product please call email us at Support@caraudiocraze.com, or you can call us at 800-928-9554. In the first 14 days returns can be for replacement, refund, or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the CarAudioCraze.com invoice must be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, minus shipping and handling. Merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, CarAudioCraze.com will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us.
All products sold by CarAudioCraze.com are new, first quality (never seconds) brand name merchandise. We do offer factory reconditioned items, the condition of those items are marked as factory reconditioned and they all offer a limited warranty.
CarAudioCraze.com will honor a full one year limited warranty on all brand new items.
All warranty claims must be made through CarAudioCraze.com customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact CarAudioCraze.com either by e-mail mailto:email@example.com?subject=Warranty, or by phone 800-928-9554.
All new products unless otherwise noted carry a one year limited warranty from CarAudioCraze.com, refurbished and open box products carry 90 days limited warranty. Depending on the manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on defective merchandise to our company or the manufacturer.
CarAudioCraze.com warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to user abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation.
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation.
- Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being blown, burned or abused.
CarAudioCraze.com defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates.
Blown, burned, and other abused subwoofers and speakers are not covered. Submitting any of the above will be considered out of warranty.
CarAudioCraze.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
Shipping costs to our company are the responsibility of the customer for repairing/replacing products under warranty.
Replacements are available for a limited number of manufacturers and are provided at the discretion of CarAudioCraze.com.
Discount / Special Policy:
Only one discount may be applied per order.
Dead on Arrival Claims:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement or refund
- Professional installation receipt documentation is required for all dead on arrival claims.
- Some manufacturer's have no replacement warranty and can only be sent for repair.
